Y m\u00e1s concretamente, \u00bfen qu\u00e9 consiste el<strong> Mudra Namast\u00e9<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mudra en s\u00e1nscrito significa \u201csello\u201d o \u201canillo para sellar\u201d. Por lo que un mudra es el gesto que hacemos para concentrar y sellar la energ\u00eda con las manos y los dedos. Es decir, un mudra es un gesto que nos ayuda a concentrar energ\u00eda y alterar el \u00e1nimo, la actitud y la percepci\u00f3n. Y que tambi\u00e9n nos permite concentremos completamente.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los mudras se utilizan en las <a href=\"https:\/\/inspiram.net\/es\/yoga-sabadell\/\">clases de yoga<\/a> para mejorar la profundidad de la pr\u00e1ctica, mejorar la respiraci\u00f3n y la concentraci\u00f3n. Los mudras tambi\u00e9n ayudan a liberar y o cerrar corrientes de energ\u00edas internas en la meditaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>Mudra Namast\u00e9 es un gesto para saludar en la pr\u00e1ctica de yoga y meditaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Para hacer el Mudra Namast\u00e9, la postura m\u00e1s habitual es la de juntar las palmas de las manos en posici\u00f3n de rezo y mantenerlas presionadas. <strong>Seguidamente lo acompa\u00f1amos de la palabra Namast\u00e9. Este gesto es de respeto y reverencia.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando hacemos el Mudra Namast\u00e9 estamos salundado desde nuestra naturaleza espiritual y divina hacia la naturaleza espiritual de otra persona<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 gestos se hacen en el Mudra Namast\u00e9?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay varias maneras de practicar el Mudra Namast\u00e9, tambi\u00e9n conocido como mudra de la oraci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan los gestos que se hagan al recitar Namast\u00e9. <strong>Uno es el pranam mudra o mudra de la plegaria y el otro en anjali mudra o mudra del amor.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los pasos a seguir para realizar el Mudra Namast\u00e9 con el pranam mudra es el de juntar las manos en posici\u00f3n de rezo frente al pecho. Seguidamente, inclinamos un poco la cabeza y cerramos los ojos mientras decimos Namast\u00e9 o lo visualizamos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si queremos hacer el Mudra Namast\u00e9 con anjali mudra, tenemos que empezar con las manos en posici\u00f3n de rezo en el entrecejo. Bajarlas lentamente hacia el pecho mientras inclinamos levemente la cabeza. Cuando llegamos a la altura del coraz\u00f3n con las manos unidas juntamos los pulgares y hacemos la forma de un cuenco.
